How Can I Get Free Shipping?

We offer free domestic shipping on US orders with a product total of $75 or above (excluding virtual items) year-round. We also run promotional periods where we ship all orders free no matter the order total. To get information and updates for promotional free shipping periods subscribe to our email list.

All recurring subscribe and save orders ships free no matter the order total. For example, if you setup a subscription for a $50 order the first order is not eligible for free shipping but any subscription order after that will ship free. All subscription orders $75 or more will always have free standard shipping applied.

Do You Ship Internationally?

We currently only take orders online from customers with billing and shipping addresses in the United States. If you are outside of the US and you'd like to order Gut IQ contact us and we will see what we can do!

We ship to the UK with limitations. Due to Brexit/ VAT, we now require that your order be a minimum of £135 (currently about USD 172).

In the meantime, some of our International customers use a freight forwarding company to transport their supplements. There are some issues with that method. If you use this type of service, we cannot provide the documentation usually required for entry. We do not guarantee delivery. The importation and delivery are passed on to the freight forwarder.

Can I Change the Shipping Address On An Order?

How can I change the address on my processed order?

Once an order has been processed, there may only be a brief period to correct it. Please email help@gutiq.health or chat with Gut IQ® right after placing your order to see if we can make a change.

If we are able to stop the fulfillment process, we will either update the shipping address or we may need to cancel the order if the change does not meet the exception guidelines given by our order protection service.

Please mark the subject line "Urgent- Address Change". Once an order is in the pick and pack phase, Gut IQ® cannot make changes. We will notify you if the change is successful.

How Can I Change the Address After Shipment?

Once an order ships, we cannot change it, including the shipping address. Orders returned or refused are non-refundable outside of our money-back guarantee. https://www.umzu.com/pages/returns-refunds-money-back-guarantee

The carrier may provide options to hold your package for pickup, or if you have moved and a mail forwarding address is on file, your package will be forwarded to the new address.

To request a hold for pickup or return to sender through the United States Postal Service, visit USPS.com and select "Intercept." If you need assistance determining your options, we are happy to help.

If you cannot pick up your package or use Mail Forward, don't hesitate to contact our customer care to see if there are other solutions we can provide to ensure our products are received.

How Long Does Delivery Take?

Our standard processing time for an unfulfilled order is two business days. There will be no carrier pickup on weekends or certain holidays.

After carrier pickup, depending on your location from the warehouse, you can expect our package to arrive in two to five days.

If you select the upgraded standard delivery time at the gGut I.Q. checkout, your transit time with the carrier will range from two to three days.

The longest transit times can be expected for destinations furthest from Denver, Colorado's shipping origin.

Extended delivery times can be expected for remote areas, Non-contiguous states, Military bases, outlying islands, Federal holidays, severe weather, or other operating delays.

International orders are shipped UPS Saver transit times are typically 3 to 5 days. Customs may delay the delivery times.

Why Does My Order Require a Signature?

Due to new legislation in the state of New York, supplements mentioning weight loss, body, and muscle building will require an adult's signature. Weight loss and muscle building are key factors for many on their journey to better health. Most of our supplements are on the signature requirement list for New York. The Adult signature requirement ensures we and our carrier uphold the legal obligations and promote responsible consumption among our clientele.

Packages experiencing delivery issues may require a signature by the receiver. Please check the tracking information that was emailed to you.

Do You Offer Expedited Shipping?

We do not offer expedited shipping for US orders. However, selecting Standard Shipping at the checkout will allow for faster delivery times.

How Can I Track My Order?

A confirmation email with order details is sent when an order is placed. Once your order has shipped, you will receive another email with your tracking number.

Click on the tracking number link or enter the tracking number link at the carrier's tracking page—USPS.com for tracking numbers starting with the number 9 or UPS.com for tracking numbers starting with 1Z.

Tracking information may not be immediately available after you place the order. Please allow up to 2 business days for the number to become active in our system. The tracking status will show confirmed until the carrier scans the order at the origin facility. The next tracking scan after the origin scan will give you an estimated delivery date.

How Do I Report a Missing Order

You may log into Gut IQ®.com using the email address you used to place your order. From there, you can view a list of completed orders. Click on the order number, and more details about your order will be provided, including the order's contents, the order status, and a link to the tracking information.

If the tracking information shows a delivery exception, please follow the instructions.

If the order delivery has failed, has been returned, or in transit for more than ten business days, please email gGut I.Q. support at "help@gutiq.health". Please provide as much detail as possible about the delivery area where you typically receive your orders, your delivery address, and your phone number so we can research and help resolve your delivery issue.

What if My Order Arrived Damaged or Was Incorrect?

We're so sorry to hear that your order arrived damaged or was incorrect. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at help@gutiq.health with some details. Let us know which items were damaged and the extent of the damage. Also, let us know whether the package or box was damaged or just the contents. Or, please explain which items were not correct in your order. Please include pictures in your email. We're here to assist you and will work to resolve this as soon as possible!

New York Shipping Regulation

Effective April 22nd, 2024, New York law A.5610/S.5823 prohibits the sale of certain weight loss and sports nutrition dietary supplements to consumers under 18. This law applies to all retailers.

Supplements mentioning weight loss, body, and muscle building will require an adult's purchase. Weight loss and muscle building are key factors for many on their journey to better health. The signature requirement ensures that we and our carrier uphold our legal obligations and promote responsible consumption among our clientele. The following supplements are on our signature requirement list:

An adult signature requirement will be added to the postage when ordering the above supplements from a New York address; when ordering directly through Gut IQ®, a pop-up at the Gut IQ® checkout will notify you.

We use the United States Post Office for most deliveries. The carrier will attempt to deliver the package once. The package will be available at the USPS facility if no adult can sign for the package. Please follow your tracking notice carefully. The post office should provide a redelivery notice if a package is undeliverable. https://fa .usps.com/s/article/PS-Form-3849-Redelivery-Notice The notice will provide the options for redelivery or pick-up for your local post office. If you did not receive a PS form, or if your package is still in transit after ten business days, please get in touch with help@gutiq.health

The post office will hold the package for 15 days before returning it to Gut IQ®. Gut IQ® does not accept returns, so following the tracking notice provided by Gut IQ® after your purchase is important. Please get in touch with gGut I.Q. if you have not received a tracking notice within two business days. If, after shipment, you cannot determine the whereabouts of your order, please request a shipment update from Gut IQ®. We are happy to assist you in locating your order.

UMZU ships primarily via USPS United States Postal Service

Extended delivery times can be expected for remote areas, Non-contiguous states, Military Bases, Outlying islands, Federal holidays, Severe weather, or other Pperating delays. Customers purchasing in these areas should select Standard shipping rather than Economy. Otherwise, it is possible to receive long delays in transit.

International orders are shipped UPS Saver and transit times are typically 3 to 5 days, however, Customs may delay the delivery time.

Customs Duty and Tax for International Orders

Customs duty and import tax are specific to a particular country and the responsibility of the importing party when electing to ship without paying duties & taxes in advance. Customs authorities in each country calculate duty and tax based on a number of factors, including:

  • The category in which the product is classified in the international Harmonized Code (HS) system
  • The value of the product (the price you paid)
  • For most countries, duty is calculated on a "CIF" basis (meaning Cost, Insurance and Freight), so the shipping charge you pay may also be factored into the calculation of the duty that may be charged.

We do not offer options to ship internationally without duties.
