We have a 60-day Money Back Guarantee for the first-time purchase of any of our products or product systems (combinations of two or more products) after at least two weeks of use from the time of delivery.
To prevent abuse, we limit the use of this money-back guarantee to your first-time purchase of a particular product or system (combinations of more than one product).
For eligible orders, a full refund of the order will be issued back to the same form of payment used, less shipping charges (and any applicable shipping tax) per the policy below.
Bundles (bulk orders) placed as a first-purchase are applicable for this money-back guarantee but will require the return of unused product. Please contact returns@gutiq.health to initiate return request with the Order Number and specific products.
We offer monthly subscription orders at discounted rates for the convenience of users who choose to make our products part of their ongoing wellness routine. Subscribers can cancel, edit or change delivery date and duration of a product order subscription at any time by logging into their account or contacting our support team so we can do it for you. You will notified a few days in advance via email or text (depending on your account preferences) when you have an upcoming subscribtion order scheduled to process. If a subscription order is processed that you didn't intend to keep active, contact us as soon as possible so that we can attempt to cancel the order before it's been fulfilled and shipped from our facility. If it ships out before you're able to notify us and you do not want the order, contact us as soon as possible.
We do not accept returns on books, supplements, personal care, and food items. If it is your first purchase of an item, it may qualify for a money-back guarantee as long as you reach out to our Customer Care team within 60 days of purchase.
Orders that are returned as undeliverable, refused at point of delivery or otherwise returned without prior authorization are eligible for a refund per the policy above less inbound/return shipping fees that we are charged to recover your order. Please allow 14 days from the time the order is received by our warehouse for these to be processed. Items that do not qualify for first-time use are non-refundable.
We stand behind the quality of our products. Any requests for a quality-related issue need to be evaluated. Please send an email to returns@gutiq.health with your order number and additional info describing any problems with the order.
If you purchase a bundle option (bulk order), and it's your first time to purchase that particular product or product combination, your order is covered under our money-back guarantee (as long as the order is within 60 days of delivery). Send us an email to returns@gutiq.health with your order number and briefly tell any details regarding your reason for requesting a return.
If you received the wrong product or you have unused, unopened product that you'd like to exchange for something else, contact us and we'll see what we can do!
We can only refund the original payment method. We cannot process refunds to prepaid debit cards. In the event that your original method of payment is no longer available or you placed your order with a prepaid debit card we can issue a check and mail it you for a processing fee of $12.00. Refunds to your original payment method typically take 5-7 business days to be received by the customer although it may take longer depending on the bank or credit card company. Refunds that require we issue a check can take up to 14 days to be sent out.
We accept numerous popular payment methods through Shopify pay. If you can't or do not wish to use these payment methods contact us for other options such as by check, cashiers check or money order. Orders paid by these alternate payment methods will have be delivered and processed by us before we can ship your order. Orders paid with these alternate methods that are eligible for refunds will receive any approved refund by check via mail only to the original billing name and address. No exceptions will be made to prevent fraud.
Currently we only ship orders placed through our website to customers with a shipping address in the United States. If you are outside the United States, you may be able to place an order but you'll need to contact us first.
